Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Who we are

CourtBid (courtbid.eu) is operated by UAB Dimetris, a company registered in Lithuania, company code 306146540. Contact: support@courtbid.eu.

2. What the Service is

CourtBid monitors publicly available judicial and enforcement (court-ordered) property auction listings published by official court, bailiff, and enforcement portals across 17 European countries, and presents them in a single searchable dashboard with optional email and Telegram alerts.

CourtBid is an information aggregation service, not an auction platform or intermediary. We do not host auctions, accept bids, hold deposits, or process property transactions of any kind. Every listing links to the original official court or bailiff portal, where you register and bid directly with that authority. We are not a party to any auction, sale, or contract you enter into as a result of using the Service.

3. Accuracy of listing data

Listing data (prices, dates, property details, status) is collected automatically from public sources and may contain errors, delays, or omissions, or may change or be withdrawn by the issuing authority after we display it. Always verify current details directly on the official portal linked from each listing before making any decision or bid. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Plans, pricing, and free trial

Current plans and pricing are shown at courtbid.eu/#pricing. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added for consumers and EU businesses without a valid VAT ID, in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID may qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism.

New accounts get 14 days of full access at no charge. After the trial, free accounts continue with limited access (currently 5 listings/day, one country) unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment card is required to start the free trial.

6. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. There are no long-term contracts.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Because CourtBid grants immediate access to the Service upon signup, by starting a paid subscription and using the Service you acknowledge and agree that you request immediate performance and that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the Service has been fully performed.

Separately, and regardless of the above, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@courtbid.eu for a full refund.

8. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute CourtBid's aggregated listing data in bulk, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee that any listing represents a good investment or that you will win or profit from any auction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAB Dimetris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or your participation in any third-party auction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are an EU consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
